    I can see in our systems that your Jetpack connection isn’t working correctly. Can you please try disconnecting Jetpack and then reconnecting it?

    To disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com, click on Jetpack from your site’s Dashboard and scroll all the way down. You’ll see a link that says “Disconnect from WordPress.com”. Click that to disconnect.

    To reconnect, click the green button that says “Connect to Get Started”.
