Can't connect to EventBrite

    I think I’ve done everything according to the directions, but when I go to Connect to Eventbrite and click “Allow,” I get the following message: “There was a problem authorizing with Eventbrite. Please try again in a moment.” I’ve tried this over and over again! Any idea why it won’t work?

    Are you still having this issue? A few others have reported it, but it seems to sort itself out on Eventbrite’s end. Let us know if it’s still a problem for you, thanks.

    I am still having it! I tried deactivating and deleting both the Eventbrite and Keyring plugins twice, but I’m still getting the same message.

    Sorry to hear this is still going on; I’ve contacted our people at Eventbrite directly to explain what could cause it in your case. Can you send us your Eventbrite username/email , so I can pass it on to them? themes at wordpress dot com

    Hm, OK. And is your account on eventbrite.com, or a different TLD, such as eventbrite.co.uk, or eventbrite.ca?

    I′ve tried chrome and firefox, and my account is on eventbrite.com
