• My apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I have a bit of WordPress knowledge and am helping a friend fix a few things on their site (they paid someone to do it originally).

I am in the widget area and want to move them around (no big deal – done it a million times); but the setup is different than I have ever seen. All of the widgets being used are housed in a box that can’t be changed or moved.

Has anyone seen this? And how can I move them? I included a picture as well.

    Thank you!

You should just be able to drag and drop the list on the right to resort it. Click the triangle on the right of each widget area to open it up and see which widgets are installed in that widget area.

I want to rearrange the widget area on the right — and edit the names as well. I’m unable to do either.

I’ve never seen this before, so I’m hoping for some insight.

    Thanks again!

    What theme are you using?

It seems to be a custom one by the company who she hired originally.
