Dashboard stops after plug-in installation, Can do anything anymore!

  • After installation of a plugin to have a custom header, the dashboard and all related stopped working. I get the message:

    Add Custom Header Images requires a page titled The Headers with images and WordPress v3.4 or greater.

    Return to Plugins Page

    I can not enter the dashboard anymore. So, everthing is blocked!
