Problem with moving to a new hosting

Hi! I’v got a problem moving WP with Voyage template from one account on hosting to another. I moved other wp sites many times and never have problems, but this time all template options crashes to default, though I see in the new SQL base that they are the same as original in old base.
This is how I moves WP:
1) Make dump of original SQL base
2) Copy all files by FTP to my PC
3) Change all old links and names in base by Notpad++ to new
4) Copy files to new account
5) Import base to new accountAnd get this

Instead of this
