embedding you tube videos

I have a couple issues. This is a church website. our concern is when we upload video to you tube to embed on our site, at the end of any video, you-tube suggests other ‘related’ videos at their discretion. how do i embed video here so that this doesn’t happen?
also, I can’t open my visual editor at this time.. no idea why.. it worked great yesterday, now I can’t open it at all.
