Hiding Sub-Menus

I want to remove sub-menu detail from my website. The nav bar works as it should. The visitor can mouse across the main menu and when a drop down menu is available it shows. Once you select a page with a sub-menu, that sub-menu is now duplicated below the main menu as linked text. An example can be seen at https://hiddenacres.ca/site/?page_id=14. How do I remove this sub-menu detail?
