Using Google adsense plugin , no dropdown option other than ARCHIVE

  • Just got google adsense approved for my blog. I am using google adsense plugin. Trying to place ads using template dropdown which is on the top left of my blog, it’s only showing “ARCHIVE”. No page , front page , post , Home or any other option.
    How should I place ads on other pages , categories , post ….? I don’t wanna do it manually by placing code in a widget.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    I have some ads from amazon too on my blog.

    I am using twenty eleven theme , few days back installed a plugin “Twenty eleven theme extension” to show right widget area on single post and also to reduce the height of header. I that what causing the problem for adsense plugin.?
