#1- The version listed at this directory supports one calendar, so you can have only one provider with one PayPal account. There are other versions – commercial versions – that supports multiple calendars/providers, you can check the other versions at https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/calendars/appointment-booking-calendar

#2- Yes, each time-slot can have multiple capacity, so multiple users can book the same time if its available capacity allows that.

i checked out the premium versions, but they weren’t explicit about using multiple paypal accounts so i just want to verify that i can set up different paypal accounts for each provider…?

Yes, you can use a different PayPal account on each calendar (use a calendar for each provider).

What do I need to do if I offer more than one service with different prices for each?

Hi,

If you already have the commercial version of the plugin (it’s the one that supports that feature) then use the “Custom Settings” field to put a drop-down with multiple services with a price for each one.

Another option is to setup a different calendar for each service, this helps if you need to have a different time schedule for each service.
