Use tickets to bid on prizes

Is there a simple way to configure Gravity Forms of maybe another plugin for an online “Chinese Auction”/Raffle? The idea is that users buy tickets (as many as they want) and use them to bid on products. At the end, website owners pick out a ticket per product and grant the prizes.
