PB is killing some javascript!!??

I’m using NextCellent ( legacy NextGEN) for my galleries and a custom script based on Isotope https://isotope.metafizzy.co/

Normally this script will resize the thumbnails so there’s no negative space before it changes the number of columns, example here: https://cb.profoliolive.com/lifestyle/

But when using PB in Visual Editor or WP text the thumbs are not resizing, something is missing or being altered. So now, depending on the width of the browser window there is a negative space on the left until the column number changes. Example: https://cb.profoliolive.com/siteorigin-test/

I’ve tried changing all the padding and row layout settings so it’s not that, something is interfering with the script and the thumbs are not being allowed to change size as needed.

Hope you will look into this as having good looking galleries on a website is very important for a photographer. ??
