Jetpack Tiled Gallery not working in IE & Safari

I am having issues with the tiled gallery not displaying in Safari or IE:

I am looking at it in safari 7.1.2 and IE 11.
I did not build this website but I am currently doing some maintenance on the content and noticed that this is broken. I am new to dev and am stumped about what the issue is. Can you please help!?Thanks in advance,
