How do I make different size pictures the same size?

    Hi, I recently downloaded Simple Image Sizes in the hope that it would help me get different sizes of pictures to resize in ti one uniform size for my site.

    You will see there what I mean. I need all the images to be exactly the same size even though the images are not.
    Have I got the wrong plugin or am I not using it correctly? I have played around with it a lot and the look you see now is because of using the custom setting, but it’s still not right. HELP!!!
