Can't log in to work on the website

  • The site opens but when I try to log in I get a message:
    FEL: Cookies blockeras pga ov?ntat utfl?de. F?r hj?lp v?nligen se denna dokumentation eller be om hj?lp i det officiella forumet.

    I allow cookies in my browser.

    Also I want to use WP to create a website. But it comes up as a blog – something I am not interested in.
