    Hi gingadog,

    I’ve verified I’m not having any issues using the plugin with the Genesis sample theme; can you disconnect from Eventbrite and connect again to force the plugin to check again? Also, are the public events upcoming (not already in the past)?

    Events are upcoming.

    Disconnecting and reconnecting brought up the events. However any changes to dates or new events are only picked up by disconnecting and reconnecting.

    Is this normal?

    It is, due to caching, which greatly speeds up page load times, but has no way of knowing when someone posts a new event on eventbrite.com. The most recent version of the plugin (1.0.2, released a few days ago) refreshes the cache every 24 hours, so most users just do the work required on eventbrite.com and leave it to show on the WordPress site the next day. If that’s not fast enough, then a quick disconnect-reconnect will load the changes immediately.
