On demand publishing to Buffer

    Hi and thank you for this great plugin.

    Is there any way to activate/deactivate publishing to Buffer from the post/page editor ? The idea is that I don’t want to forward all the articles from my blog to my social networks, but only a selection of them. Having just a checkbox for that will be nice.
