Showing ftp address in url instead of website name

    Hi

    Recently i hosted my website abc.com. but when i am opening any other page of the website say about us or contact us, it is showing the ftp address in the url instead of my website name.

    eg .
    instead of
    https://www.abc.com/about

    url is
    350.980.myftpupload.com

    can anyone please help me to solve this.

  • Do you have the correct URLs set in Settings->General screen for “Home” and “Site URL?”

    Yes.. The url is correctly set. When m going in settings, two options are shown. One is abc.com and the other is 350.950.myftpupload.com

    Abc.com is set as primary one.still m not getting it in url.:-(

    one possible solution would be to use a CNAME dns record pointing your domain towards the ftp domain then adjust your site settings.
