(Plugin: PaidMembershipsPro) – Couple of Issues

1 – When I go to Orders. There are 6-7 that are token for status. I know this is when a member fails to complete the process but could the fact that I am failing to get people to join be due to the fact that there could be an error somewhere which is stopping these people?

2 – I just had the error – error cancelling subscription for user ID#

I know this email can be auto gen when the system tries to delete them twice however on this occasion the paypal subscription was left set up and I had to delete the sub manually. How to get around this?
