• Hi there,

I’ve recently installed Wordfence on one of our client’s website – for some reason even though the Wordfence Security plugin is ‘Activated’, it’s not appearing in the menu as it usually does.

I’ve tried un-inatalling and re-installing the plugin, but the issue remains.

This is the first time I’ve ever come across this issue – is this possibly an issue with the theme? Has anybody else had this problem?

    Thank you!

  • Is it a multisite install?

Please let me know if you require any further information.

    Thanks!

    Hi Tim

I′ve had the same problem. I installed wordfence assistant and the wf icon reappeared in the admin panel! But there is no entry for wf assistant. When I deactivate wf assistant, the wf icon disappear!

    Regards Roger
