On Edit Page – WYSIWYG Icon Bar appears half way down over the content

    I have a screen shot available. Basically the WYSIWYG bar appears half way down the page. So there is something interfering with the WP code or some code has been corrupted some how.

    This possibly could be because of some plugin. If there is a plugin that you installed recently then try to deactivate it and check.
    If this does not work then try to deactivate all your wordpress plugin one by one and check.

    I’ve had such problems earlier and it turned out that some plugin was conflicting and created the problem.
