Categories not working on CSV import?

I have the Pro+ version but realise when i put categories in my CSV data, they don’t update on the glossary record when i do a bulk import. This is REALLY important for me, i cannot got through hundreds of records just to update this manually. Please advise? In fact i want to do, a Parent category and a Child category in my CSV file, which should show up correctly when i bulk upload the CSV file. Thanks.
