Custom Contact Forms Label not on email notification

When I create a form, I’m putting in Labels – YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, YOUR CONTACT NUMBER etc, But when I open the email notification, the Labels as they appear on the form have been replaced by the default (I guess) Label. It looks fine on the form, but I need to include the Labels on the submitted email, as I copy and paste the info. onto that page again. This is the result:-
