Problem While using (Short code) WP costumer Reviews Plugin

    I am Getting Problem WHile using Plugin Wp customer Reviews Please help me

    I am unable to use [WPCR_INSERT] In affiliate pages

    If this option is unchecked, there will be no visible way for visitors to submit reviews.If i unchecked this . then submit review will not show in the pages I insert this code but its not working so please help how can I view submit review on particular pages because i don’t want this all pages
