    It is difficult to tell from your screenshots, but it looks like you may have entered your domain in the referrers area. If this is not entered 100% correctly to what google is seeing when your site makes a request, it will fail.

    Try removing the referrer information to rule that out as a cause of your issues.

    If you are still having trouble:

    1) Ensure that the Google Pagespeed API has been enabled
    2) Try deactivating/reactivating the plugin (this will allow it to recreate any missing db tables if they are missing).
