• Here’s my setup:
World: 7,95 (“Rest of the World” Rates)
Inside EU: 4,95 (Per Region Rates – European Union)
The Netherlands: Flat rate (Per Country Rates – Netherlands)

Everything works fine except that The Netherlands doesn’t get the flat rate. The shop shows the European Union rate. I guess this is a bug, because if I change my Per Country Rate to France, the flat rate is applied correctly. The same issue goes for Netherland Antilles.

Is this a bug caused by translation?
    Thanks.

  • Hi there ceynox and sorry for the delay.

    We’ve replicated your setup:
    – World: 7,95 per order (“Rest of the World” Rates)
    – Inside EU: 4,95 per order (Per Region Rates – European Union)
    – Netherlands: 1 per order
And we got 1€ tax when choosing the Netherlands as shipping destination.

The Netherlands are included in the “European Union” and “Western Europe” groups.
I don’t think translation breaks this.
Can you confirm this is working?

The Netherland Antilles are not included in any group because they’re not really considered a country and we didn’t see it on the website we used to create the groups: https://www.geohive.com/earth/gen_codes.aspx

How do you suggest we address the Netherlands Antilles problem?
Should it be on North America or Europe (because it belongs to the Netherlands)?
