Submit product review 404 error

Hello. I am using the latest version of woocommerce and wordpress. the site is https://www.pceasy.gr
When the user Submit a product review there is a 404 error. I have found what is the problem.
An example:
Assume that the product url is this:
https://www.pceasy.gr/αγορ?/computers/lenovo-computer/
when the user submits the review the page that the user is redirected is this:
https://www.pceasy.gr/computers/lenovo-computer/#comment-21
As you can see, the text in bold from url (αγορ?) is missing. It is my Shop base.
when the shop base is in english then there is no problem.
An example:
If we replace the Shop base = “αγορ?” with Shop base = “shop” the product url is this:
https://www.pceasy.gr/shop/computers/lenovo-computer/
And the redirect page after Submit review is
https://www.pceasy.gr/shop/computers/lenovo-computer/#comment-21
CONCLUSION!!!!
THERE IS PROBLEM WITH SUBMIT REVIEW REDIRECTION WHEN THE SHOP BASE IS WRITTEN IN GREEK CHARS!
