Easy Columns No Longer Working

I used Oxygen with Easy Columns for a site I designed in 2012. It has been up and working until recently. But lately the text does not kick into the third column. As far as I can see there has been no change to the code and Easy Columns is still listed as a plug in and is configured.

Any suggestions on how to get it to work again would be greatly appreciated.
