    Hi @freefelix,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    Is there anyway to include in the confirmation email the telephone number of the person making the booking.

    You can do this by adding the placeholder PHONE in the confirmation email Message on the following path. The placeholder will be replaced by their real value in the email.

    Admin Area -> Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Notification Settings -> Confirmation email Message

    Hi Vinod

    Thanks for this – funnily enough I thought the placeholder might be PHONE and tried that. Just need to get the client to test it?

    The client is not actually using a paid for version of this – I mixed it up with another plugin they have ??
