Widget Areas Behaving Badly

It might be a javascript error. Do you have chrome browser? If so, can you right click while on the widget page settings like this: https://prntscr.com/5rnbcc then see if there is an error on the ‘console’ tab: https://prntscr.com/5rnbk6 . You will easily notice if there is one. Take a screenshot then share it here ( you can’t directly attach it here so you need to use 3rd party image host ). I also suggest try to disable all your plugins and check if error still there.

make sure you also drag the left item ‘tab – mesocolumn’ into right sidebar widget. this is added in v1.6.2+ so you can re-order the tab position.

add you item into tab sidebar widget also in wp-admin->appeareance->widgets

Okay I think I’ve figured it out. I didn’t know I needed to keep the mesocolumn-tabbed in the right sidebar for the tabbed sidebar to display. I’ve never seen a sidebar within a sidebar. I think I have it working. Although now I’m extremely curious as to what all that console code meant lol
