Cannot unset string offsets

    What might be the below error message?

    This is very fresh installation of 2.2 with NO plugins and default theme. Its running on w2k3 server with php5.x and mySql 4.1.

    I get the below error message every once a while I surf on the admin area.

    I got the error while Im publishing a page, deleting a page, just clicking on the manage/categories link etc.
    Refreshing the page sometimes work but mostly doesnt. Weird!
