No email notifications of new posts

In Options-> Reading you can turn on notification mails.

I’m not seeing an option to turn on e-mail notification in my Options -> Reading screen. I’m running 1.2-epsilon-RC1, do I need to upgrade?

Actually, it’s under Options -> Discussion, a checkbox labeled “Anyone posts a comment”.

Actually nevermind. They started. For some reason they weren’t but now they are. Oh well, maybe a server burp or something.

I get a blank page for Options/Discussion. Why?
