Shortcode is not working in outgoing URL?

I have external links, I want to execute short code function (Current user id) in that link it’s working fine, but when masking that link it’s not working

Ex:
Normal out going link is https://www.wordpress.com/
I have used short codes plugin and successfully append current user id with the short code to out going url like https://www.wordpress.com/?id=%5Bcurrentuser_id%5D

I got the result at front end is https://www.wordpress.com/?id=1 for admin.

I have masked the out going url like https://www.mysite.com/go/wordpress, when clicking on that link it’s going directly to this https://www.wordpress.com/?id=%5Bcurrentuser_id%5D, here not dynamically appending the current user id.

Please help on this
