I have multiple pages and the links are not showing up on the top of the page. Is there an area where I can turn this on, or do I have to buy the full theme?

    Hi,

to display the header menu, please go to the “Appearance > Menus” panel, create here a custom menu and assign it to the “Header Menu” location.
Then, you can set in “Theme Options > General Settings > Menu Item offset” which Menu Item (1 = first Item from left, 2 = second Item, etc.) should get the left indent to avoid overlapping with the logo (if you use it).

    Thanks. I figured it out.

Anyone having the same problem, don’t forget to add pages to your menu. Even if you check the box that says Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu, you still need to add the pages that already exist.

After you have all your pages set up then change the Menu Item offset. If you change your page names or order after you change the offset you will have to check the website to make sure the offset still looks right.
