    Thanks for your suggestions David. I agree with you, that a list would the better semantic choice. However, lists have these ugly list icons while paragraphs look fine in most themes.

    If you want to style the checklist wrap the shortcode into a div with a specific class and use that class into your stylesheet.

    Thanks for the quick response, Jonas.

    I guess you’re shuning the usage of a separate stylesheet for your plugin which would solve the problem with the list bullets.

    Of course I could wrap a div around the shortcode but it’s hard to explain my client they should write HTML in an CMS.

    At least a class-name for the paragraph or a filter on the output would make things much easier.

    Well, I guess a class name can’t hurt and is no big deal. I will add the class name frontend-checklist to the paragraphs in the next version.

    Feel free to add the class into your local copy of the plugin as well to get started right away. If you use the same class name, nothing should break when updating.
