    Thanks. I have read it.

    Still one specific question:

    While it is possible to exclude all files of a single plugin with on line, is it possible to exclude all theme-js files the same way?

    My theme unfortunatly has some Problems with js optimization

    yes; suppose your theme is at wp-content/themes/mytheme/js/mytheme1.js, wp-content/themes/mytheme/js/mytheme2.js, … you can exclude “mytheme/js” or “themes/mytheme” or any combination your prefer.
