    Dear Team,

    I installed BackUpWordPress on a subdomain I am using on Domainfactory. I got the message “BackUpWordPress detected that Safe Mode is activated”.

    I checked with the hosting company and they confirmed that Safe Mode is deactivated and recommended to contact Plugin Support which I am doing now.

    Can you help with that issue?

    Domain in question is mana-coaching.wp-bistro.de

    Thanks for getting in touch, sorry for the delay in reply.

    We have a section in our FAQ about this. Which you can read here.

    I also recommend enabling support, and reaching out to us through there should you have any trouble.

    Hi Owain,

    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, Hosting Company says, there’s no safe mode enabled and I couldn’t found any evidence that they are wrong.

    For me it looks like the error message is incorrect, but I don’t know why.

    I would enable support, do you need some log-in-details to check this and if so, how to transfer those to you?
