Corrupt Download Files after Update

    I have done the update from version 2.6 to the latest version including the actions required after you update to v2.7 from v2.6.

    Now the PDF files that are downloaded via the Download Manager are defectiv.

    On the server, they are ok. Even if you are downloading them from the server via FTP program.

    But when you use the download manager they cannot be opened from the harddrive.

    in that case, from download manager settings page, please select “Resumable Download = disabled”

    Had this same issue. Setting resumable downloads to disable fixed the issue. Weird bug. Finding this plugin to be kind of a PITA. Lots and lots of updated getting annoying too. I’m all for innovation and correcting of things, but is it just me? Seams a little much. Glad I came across this thread, was on the verge of uninstalling this plugin and going with something else. I love how this plugin works but its very buggy since we updated to the major update awhile back. I do not plan on paying for the premium version until I see some more stability. However I would like to thank the author for all his hard work. This really is a very good project just needs some refining.
