mobile slideshow widget links

Hi. I am working on a site that is using this plugin. They have set up albums and are using them as sidebar slideshow widgets on their homepage. When on the desktop, you can click on any of them and link to the designated links that go with each image, but when viewing the site on a mobile device, these links no longer work.
