    Hello Ekriuq,

    Please make sure you’ve installed the latest version of DYMO Label Software from dymo.com or your local DYMO site.

    After that restart your PC and check if your browser accepts the DYMO Label Framework, which is installed by the DYMO Label Software.
    Most of the time you’ll find this under “Plugins” or “Extensions”, depending of your browser.
