[Theme: Custom Community 2] Mobile Navigation Bar Not Working

I use an Android mobile device, and when I go to my business website (https://www.victoriouswords.com/), the drop-down navigation menu doesn’t drop down. It changes color when I tap on it, but that’s all that happens.

I have no idea if it works on any other mobile devices, but I know that it doesn’t work for any Android. I’ve had friends and family try it.
