Can't upload media

For some reason I haven’t been able to upload media to my blog for the past 12 hours, before that I was able to just fine.

I talked to my host and they said it doesn’t appear to be anything wrong on their end.

When I try to upload an image or video it shows 100% but then fails and shuts down my site. A few minutes later the site is back online like nothing happened and the media I attempted to upload didn’t appear. (But only for me!, and I can upload media on a different computer. I disabled my AVG and firewall, and still nothing)

I’m beyond frustrated and tried different solutions and nothing has worked. Things like resetting permissions to 777 on the folder it’s uploaded to. Using a backup from my host prior to this issue, which was an ultimate fail since I lost data from 20 hours prior. Disabling plugins, reinstalling my theme, changing themes etc.
