  • Hi Jonny,

Thanks for downloading the plugin and taking time to provide feedback.

Do the voice calls fail for all the messages you’ve tried or just one in particular?

Could you tell me what the message was, that you were trying to send please? Sometimes the message contains special characters than can confuse Twilio. I thought I’d filtered the special characters out, but I may have missed some.

I’ve uploaded a new version of the code to WordPress. Please could you upgrade the plugin to version 1.04 and try the message again please? Logging info will then be written to a file in directory /joy-of-text/logs. Please could you send that file or at least its contents to [email protected]?

    Thank you

I’ve tried messages with %name% and without it, both times got the error, and it fails for at least my wife’s phone and mine.

On the twilio end it gives me a 12100 parser error every time. I will upgrade and send logs later tonight.

I believe it may be related to wordpress running as a virtual app, so https://www.mainsite.com/wordpresssite/*.

    Hi Jonny,

Based on what you said about running WordPress as a virtual app, I’ve made some changes to the way the URL is passed to Twilio.

I’ve added these changes to V1.0.5. Could you let me know if this fixes your problem?

    Thanks

    Hi Jonny,

    Is your problem fixed now?

    Regards,
    Stuart
