Coupon Code at Checkout Not Working

I am using Woocommerce 2.2.10, and I am having an issue with coupons on my checkout page. When you click on, “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” nothing happens, and the site just goes to https://www.buyfantasytrophies.com/checkout/#. I am only having this problem on the checkout page. The coupon works fine on the cart page. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks in advance!
