Main menu disappeared

Hi there! And please heeeeelp!

I’ve just deleted one item from my menu and the whole menu disappeared. I can still see it on appearance —- menu (like an older version of the one I had right now), but not on the website itself. All I can see is “Add a Menu”

How can I get it back?

Oh, I also tried to hide a text widget from the bottom widget area and it’s actually still there although when I go to widgets editor it appears as “hiden”.
