    Hi,
i’m in same country as my customer for which the website was developed. Belgium.
I can access the website without a problem, but many other people, also present in Belgium cannot access it. What is happening?
These people are not users or logged in or something. They are just friends in belgium who i asked to check wether they could access the site.
    Anything with my settings?

I’ve also asked them to provide their IP addresses and the IP address checking tool recognises the addresses as Belgian IP addresses, so i don’t understand why it’s not working properly.

Can u please help me out?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Do you also have access to the raw webserver logfiles?

Hi, no i don’t have access at this time. I need to ask my hosting company and this will take time…

I the mean time the problem persists on more and more websites where i installed the plugin.

Is there any guideline you can already give me as to what should then be done at server level to avoid the problem from occuring again?

Also, i’ve noted that on some websites, when uninstalling the plugin completely and then re-installing it, it works properly.
On other sites (on same server) this does unfortunately not help.

What advise can you give which i’ll then be able to pass on right away to the hosting provider?

    Thank you.

Sorry, apparently while i was sending previous email the raw server logfiles from first week of January 2015 were sent to me. How can i get these to you? And what other info would you need from me?

    Hi,

I need the ip addresses of those who where blocked, the date/time that they were blocked. And preferably also a SQL dump of the wp_iqblock_logging table.

The logfiles can be send to info at redeo . nl via WeTransfer or a dropbox link or something like that.

I just sent you all requested info on one particular case 2 mins ago through wetransfer.
I’m having the same issue on quite a lot of our websites so i really hope this will be solved. Thanks.

    Hi,

I’ve not yet received anything yet. The only attempt I see from wetransfer is from when the address did not exist.

    Hi,
that’s strange. Ok i just sent it once more. (3rd time).
Please let me know if you got it well.
I will send it through email as well since all attachments are just a couple of KB’s.

Had to send you an email as wetransfer seems not to want to send these files :-/
