Can’t get WP re-install working…

Hi,

I recently installed WP and got it working on a default database (I am not able to change the db name since this is hosted by my ISP).
Now I figured that I’d like to have my blog in another directory on my domain. Basically I wanted a fresh install
I deleted all wp files an dropped all tables so my db is clean as well. Now I re-installed all files with all same properties (except in a new folder of course) but I can’t get it working.
wp-config.php is correct and the db is not down.

Anyone an idea what this could be? Thanks a lot.
