Remove BBpress from Caching

I’m using bbPress on my site and just noticed it’s not showing new posts or replies unless I delete the cache. Is there a way to stop it from caching the forum pages or update them more frequently?

Maybe there’s a setting I didn’t see , I couldn’t find much info on it using the search other than 4 year old posts.
