The theme switcher works, but when we choose the new theme that our developer made for us, in either or both the “Handheld Theme” or “Tablet Theme” boxes, then click on the “Save Settings” box … it actually does make the theme switcher function, but the name shown in the two drop-down boxes reverts back to the main theme and not our new mobile theme.

It’s actually just the new theme that was developed that is having issues. Again, it’s working, just not displaying in those boxes after it’s been selected and saved, which is a small problem.

Other themes, such as Twenty Fourteen, for example, work fine. I have looked at the style.css file for things like the Theme Name, Author Name, etc. All of those are unique, is there something else that we’re missing that the system looks for?

StonePilot, any chance you could email the page source from Appearance > Device Themes, and a zip file of your theme?

While viewing the page in your browser, right click anywhere on the page and “View Source” and copy/paste alllllll that into an email.

You can send to [email protected]

    Thanks!
