• Since installing 4.1, I cannot download any of the zip files or documents I put on the website unless it’s under 10M. Where can I fix this?
Also, I cannot locate the webmaster entry which I need to change the e-mail address.

    Thanks

    Jon

  • Have a look at this article on various ways to increase your uploads limit (*Always make a backup copy of any files before you make changes).

To change the webmaster email go to “Edit my profile” in the top right-hand corner of the screen (Under the “Howdy” welcome message). Insert your new email under Contact Info.

Thanks for the upload information. However the issue isn’t with the uploads but the downloads.

Seems after the install, I cannot have any file downloaded from my website.
I place files in the following location:
    SuSE Enterprise Linux server
    /srv/jLorenzo.com.au
This is where all files that are downloaded from a link.
I use this to have clients download their image files (usually zip files)
I noticed this happened after the upgrade.

    Has anyone had this error?
    I get the following:
Google Chrome’s connection attempt to jlorenzo.com.au was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.
    Search on Google

    Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

    Thanks Jon
