Error: Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content

    I am using latest Worpress 4.1 version. I am running blog https://myinvestmentideas.com when I am running google page speed tool it has given several errors. I was able to close some of them. One major thing was it was giving error “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”. I have used “Javascript and CSS compression” plugin. I have used W3 Total cache, but no luck. How can I remove this error / improve on this error “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”. Please help.
